30-Day Sealed Factory Product Return Policy
We want you to shop with 100% confidence. Because of the nature of collectible sports cards, specific return conditions apply to maintain product integrity for all collectors.
- 30-Day Unopened Return Guarantee: Sealed hobby boxes, cases, and packs may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they remain 100% unopened in their original factory shrink wrap with manufacturer security seals intact.
- Opened Product Policy: Once factory shrink wrap or seals have been opened, broken, or altered, products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- 0% Restocking Fee on Order Cancellations: Unlike competitors who charge a 15% cancellation fee, Legacy Sports Cards offers 0% cancellation restocking fees on unshipped orders.
- Damaged Package Protection Guarantee: If your package arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, contact support@legacysportcards-official.com within 48 hours with photos of the outer box. We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email support@legacysportcards-official.com with your Order # and item details. Our customer service team will issue a pre-paid return shipping label and authorization code within 24 hours.
